John Douglas Bedell III

Our family ( 3 generations!) has been seeing Dr. Bedell for many years, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He is exceptionally attentive and always up to date with the latest in medicine. Dr. Bedell takes an individual approach with every patient — he listens carefully, notices important details, and explains everything clearly. His recommendations and treatment plans are always personalized and thoughtful. We have such confidence in his care that we even followed him when he changed offices. An outstanding, dedicated, and compassionate physician!

Dr Bedell is one of the best doctors out there. You can tell he literally cares about his patients. If you have a million issues he will sit there and listen to every last one. He isn’t one of those doctors that just walk in and walk out. My entire family has been dealing with him for over twenty years. I was just three years old when my mom started seeing Dr. Bedell I am now twenty three and he is my PCP and I absolutely love him.

Dr Bedell is great but staff is constantly rude. I had an appointment and it snowed. There was about 2” of snow. They called the day before to confirm my appointment. I showed up but they were closed. No call or note on door. Someone should have let me know they were going to be closed… I drove there and wasted my time. I called the next week and not even an apology. Bad customer service.

Speaking with Dr. John Bedell was a disgusting experience. He could care less about patient lives. Hope he does better in the future or chooses another place of work
