John C. Choe, DDS Inc - Dr. Choe's Dental

My experience the last 2 times of visiting Doctor Choe’s office for my daughter’s check up, honestly is just stressful and frustrating. The wait time to be seen is always so long and ridiculous. Last time I waited an hour and this time it’s was 45 minutes. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Doctor Choe is a good doctor. But the office and its time management is lacking. The front desk girls dont acknowledge you after checking in or acknowledge the wait time. I seen people check in after me that gets seen before us. If this wasn’t local to my house I wouldn’t even bother using coming to this office.

I felt comfortable, they making me aware of everything by explaining what was to be expected. Plus the friendliness of all employees. Dr. Choe is a total asset to the Dental profession.

Poor front desk services my daughter was seen February 10th for cavities and still waiting on the referral for her surgery. I been calling since and give me the run around til now and what really top it off. She said her dad called about it. Fyi her dad passed away like 5 years ago what you mean ? 😡😤

Excellent Services. The Staff are Professional, Courteous, and Kind; just like Doctor Choe!! He’s been my Dentist over (10) years. Thank you for your Superb and Caring Services.

Beyond what I ever imagined. The staff is the BEST !!! Very organized and talented. They made me feel happy I walked in tears and they are just an amazing team and the best dr ever. I’ve been there for years. He’s a true trusting person. I’ll never go anywhere else
