Doctor Baker has been the most straight forward and honest doctor I have ever met. He is kind and Nicole is wonderful they identified my wife's very rare disease. They are the best... He is BUSY... appointments are hard to get and cancellations do happen. He works in the Hospital what feels like 24 hours a day. So be patient and know that if you get canceled on hes in there trying to save a life.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Baker’s office. For weeks, I was told they had my referral and that I would be contacted, but no one ever called me. I had to follow up daily just to get any updates. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. After my MRI clearly showed I needed to be seen, the office suddenly told my ENT that they could not see me—after weeks of constant calls and promises. The lack of communication, disorganization, and unprofessional behavior from the entire staff was unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Baker and his team saved my husband's life and I am forever grateful. I'm thankful that he was on call the night my husband was airlifted to Chesapeake Refional Hospital. You never expect to need life-saving, emergency care, but when you do , you want someone like Dr. Baker there.
