Wonderful Doctor and very friendly and welcoming receptionist and nurses - initial consult was thorough and so far each follow up has been easy and quick. Easy to contact on web portal they provide during sign up. I am happy with Dr Weir - kind and helpful despite clinic being busy at moments.

While she did help me to get a CT scan to confirm my diverticulitis and antibiotics to temporarily treat it, she got very angry that I asked her for a new referral to a GI because my symptoms were worsening and I couldn't wait 6 months. She refused to see me so I could sit face to face to explain everything and refused to help with continuing care while I waited for nearly 2 months of vomiting, inability to sleep due to pain, chills and generally feeling weak. Mercy hospital Joplin still says she never bothered to submit the referral to gastroenterologist which is the only reason I went to Johanna. I enjoyed up needing surgery and not one doctor has apologized for dismissing my symptoms for 11 months. Had she been willing to provide verification of the referrals and been willing to sit dow
