I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because this office truly deserves it. Both of my children, ages 5 and 2, are under Dr. Jofili’s care since birth, and we’ve had an excellent experience. The front desk team responds quickly to calls and emails, always polite and professional. Scheduling appointments is easy and flexible, which I really appreciate. Dr. Jofili is truly amazing. She listens carefully to my concerns and provides thoughtful guidance that has helped us address the health issues my son was experiencing. I’m genuinely grateful to have my children under her care.

We feel really lucky to have Dr. Jofili. She gives thoughtful, individualized care and always takes the time to answer my questions without judgment. She’s respectful of our beliefs, incredibly thorough, and never makes us feel rushed. First off, I must say how grateful I am for Dr. Jofili and her whole team. They are all very kind, and the communication is great. Dr. Jofili herself is very knowledgeable, wise, and compassionate. She understands the whole system of what keeps a child healthy, like appropriate nutrition, vitamins, good sleep, all the things, and always makes time to give you all the information you need. She is very knowledgeable about natural remedies when appropriate, but also knows when traditional Western medicine is necessary. To me, that is exactly what I want in a doctor. Dr. Jofili’s office is truly exceptional. The entire team is professional, understanding, and incredibly efficient. There is no wait time in the waiting room, and they even offer same‑day sick appointments. They are very accommodating and flexible with scheduling, and they respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The office is clean, welcoming, and well‑organized. We've been with Dr. Jofili for nearly a decade. She is great with the kids. She is extremely kind and listens to parents feedback as an important part of the continuing care.
