Guess I'll drive and hour and a half because you never answer your phone..

The practitioners are great but the front desk, the no phone, and the horrible scheduling practices make this place bottom of the barrel for care. Oh and I'm formally letting you know that I'm not able to make my appointment that was changed to today so I guess it'll be another 3 months before I can get rescheduled. I called but obviously no answer. And since I don't work on Bragg I'll have to make a special trip to schedule and then likely be told the schedule is full and to come back again in a month to try again.

Called on Friday about erupting wisdom teeth, was seen on Monday. Operation was done in a kindly manner and the staff were firm but kind and professional. Appreciated the level of transparency they provided and the great level of care!

Will never answer the phone to schedule an appointment. And, they leave for lunch, which is the time most service members have to try and set an appointment. Can't they have at least one person cover the desk? I had to submit an ICE complaint which finally got a response so I could schedule an appointment. Care is good, if you can ever get scheduled.

They just care about the SM. They just think about when they are getting out regardless of the emergency the patient may have. 90% of the front desk are rude. I know that Army offers all services to their Soldiers, but the quality is extremely poor. I just wish we weren’t treated like our value is nothing and we just a number. This is for most clinics we have to offer the SM, not all of them are like this. We need to do better for our SM, we deserve better.
