I want to start by saying that my experience in the East Greenwich office has been wonderful but the Coventry location has a “shame culture” taking place within the office. I picked up my daughter from school and went direction to the appointment. There was traffic and GPS said we would be alittle late. To be respectful, I attempted to call but received the voicemail. Upon arrival, the front office person looked at me like a parent about to shame a child for bad behavior. In a passive aggressive tone, she lectured me that I was late and the office policy was if a patient was over 10 min late they could cancel. I explained that I hit traffic coming to school and she continued to look at me with complete annoyance and disgust. My daughter and I went inside the room which is open concept. I f

5 million stars. I can't say enough good things. The receptionist is just the sweetest, dentist and assistants were all incredible. My children are ASD/ADHD and are afraid of Drs and dentists alike. They were so great with them and the visit went far smoother than I expected

My son had an emergency tooth injury during the height of the pandemic. Dr. Lewis provided immediate care and a follow up as well. She took care of his tooth, as a matter of fact, she did an excellent job on it! We’re very happy with the staff like Michelle, and others too. Great place for toddlers, as my son has been going since he was 2 and he’s almost 13 now.

This practice was mostly great over the last 14 years, mostly when Dr. Lewis herself was more involved. As a few other reviews state, the desk staff is not helpful or accommodating. The professionals in the back always seem stressed out and are very unaccommodating and unkind to children that need a little extra TLC at the dentist. Need to miss an appointment with little time to give notice? Too bad- we finally got the boot but have since found a provider with a kinder staff and more child-centric approach.

We had a phenomenal experience with Dr Lewis for our 8-yo-daughter today. She needed a tooth pulled and we were informed of all the options and were able to avoid all but local anesthesia for the tooth. The process was seamless and our needle-shy little girl didn’t notice or hurt but for a quick second. The pulled tooth was as quick and painless as could be hoped for. The staff was professional and Dr Lewis’s ability to engage our daughter while keeping her smiling and doing the work that needed to be done was impressive! We will continue to request her every time and recommend her to anyone looking for a better pedi dental experience.
