Dr. Edwards is an outstanding primary care physician. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen without rushing appointments. Her professionalism is matched by her compassion, which makes a huge difference as a patient. The entire staff is equally exceptional—friendly, efficient, and well-organized from check-in to follow-up. Communication is clear, wait times are reasonable, and I always feel respected and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Edwards and her team to anyone looking for excellent primary care.

I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy shown by Dr. Edwards during a very vulnerable time in my life. After a recent breast cancer diagnosis, I sought ADA accommodations to work remotely for a short period. Rather than being met with understanding or even a basic acknowledgment of my diagnosis, Dr. Edwards dismissed my request, stating I didn’t appear “incapacitated enough” to avoid commuting to the office. She made this judgment without any knowledge of my commute or working conditions—an inappropriate and unfounded conclusion for a medical professional. This wasn’t the first red flag. Joanna and her staff are great. The Doc is thorough, caring and thoughtful. Everything even prescriptions and bloodwork are available on site. Shout out to Erica who always takes such great care of me. Thank You!!
