I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Joanna Claustro and her entire team. From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and genuine kindness that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Claustro is not only incredibly skilled, but she has a rare combination of professionalism, patience, and compassion that truly sets her apart. She takes time to explain every step of your treatment, answers questions thoroughly, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ health and overall experience—not just the appointment in front of her. The office is modern, clean, and well-organized, and the staff is consistently attentive and friendly. I never feel rushed, and appointments always run smoothly.

This is an amazing dental practice. Dr Sharp is wonderful and I am so glad to find her at this practice. From the first call to the office to the time I walked out of my first visit everyone on the team was kind, enthusiastic, and pleasant. I was so impressed Dr. Claustro herself checked on me several times while I was in treatment. The team took into consideration my anxiety around the dental visit and went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling better then I arrived. This is a wonderful office I would recommend to anyone but especially to those of us who are nervous about dental visits.

What an amazing dental experience. While I am not afraid to go to the dentist 🦷 I have my challenges… The ladies were absolutely fabulous, kind and very caring. From Rebecca who greeted me, Brook the hygienist and both Dr Claustro and Dr Sharp it was clear I was in good hands. This was my first visit to the practice so I was scratching my head at the 90 minute appointment. It was fabulous as they took the time to understand me and my needs as well as showing me how/where I could improve my dental hygiene. Brook was absolutely superb. It was a real first class experience.

I was a patient of Dr. Claustro before moving across the country. After years of what I would consider “okay” care in Seattle, a dentist there recommended a questionable and expensive procedure, claiming insurance wouldn’t cover it. Trusting my gut, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Claustro during a trip back to DC — and I’m so grateful I did. She determined the procedure was unnecessarily aggressive at this stage and reassured me that, if needed in the future, it would be covered by insurance. She saved me from an unnecessary expense and treatment. To make the most of my visit, she even squeezed me in for my routine six‑month cleaning since I was due. My kids have been seeing Dr. Claustro for years and always talked about how great she is, so I finally decided to switch, too - best decision ever! The whole team is so friendly and professional, and they make you feel totally comfortable. I never have to wait when I arrive; they take me right back every time. The front desk staff is amazing and always goes out of their way to check insurance and make sure I’m not paying more than I need to. Just an all-around great experience every visit. Highly recommend!
