She spoke to me in a tone that made it seem like she was annoyed that I was there. After asking two questions, I very quickly picked up on the fact that she wasn’t interested in answering any more despite the visit lasting no more than 10 minutes. Giving two stars because she did evaluate the skin lesion I was concerned about in a competent manner. Will ultimately be seeking dermatologic care elsewhere because no one should have to choose between competent medical care and decent bedside manner.

Dr.Salvemini is the best dermatologist ever and I have seen many throughout my life with eczema. She is kind, caring, and gentle. She has changed my life for the better and has diagnosed many skin cancers on me. I don’t know how I would manage without her care.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and caring. Dr. Salvemini also had some answers to a couple of things that up to now have been poorly addressed. I am very excited to continue working with her! Thanks Dr. Salvemini and the rest of the staff at Stony Brook Dermatology!

Staff are friendly. My dad was 30 minutes late with his appointment and still tried to accommodate us to be seen. We didn’t feel being rushed. Dr. Salvamini and her team addressed all the issues and happy with service they provided.

Dr Salvemini takes the time to ask the questions and listens to the responses. She does a very thorough patient history and explains the diagnosis and treatment plan. She dos not mind if you ask questions or have concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Salvemini
