JOA Pharmacy

My parents were looking for a new pharmacy. It’s located in a convenient location. That was the only positive part of this pharmacy. Their prices are higher and inconsistent, depending on who rings you up. Poor customer service. Prescriptions were not ready on time and is still not ready. Going on a search again for honest and prompt pharmacy.

My mom ordered 3 pills and 2 practical items, but they delivered all for 3 but my mom said she didn't receive 2, but they said she received all of them and suspects that she lied. The person who bullied an elderly person with high blood pressure for over 7 hours saying they did not believe that she didnt get it! Later, my mom checked it camera on her house to get delevery or not and then just they say that the delivery went to someone other else!!!OMG! because they have the same name, but they didn't first find out why they made a mistake and made it into a person. They gave the medic who other person! then Mom said it was like hell at the time. Should definitely ship right away!! You guys have to checking well and watching ur sign when u pick up ur medics.

I just switched to this pharmacy and had my prescription sent here. The pharmacy usually calls me to check or tells me to pick up my prescription, so I waited thinking maybe they were waiting for an approval. After week and half I went in to see what happened, they told me I need my doctor to fill out a form, I asked her why they didn’t they call me about it, and said they just got the prescription. Which is a LIE, because the front desk at my doctors said they had sent the prescription on the spot, i called the doctors office to check and they had told me they sent the prescription on the day of my visit. I guess they’re not interested in the need of the patients. By the way they don’t take cards under 20 so make sure you have cash on you.

First of all, the location of this pharmacy is very good. I can pick up medicines here every time I go to a Korean supermarket, and there are many products that are not available in other pharmacies. I really love it.

This is not only a pharmacy but also a place that can meet your daily needs and medical assistance. The pharmacists, staff and managers are very professional and kind. No wonder there are many customers here every day. This pharmacy is worth recommending!
