It was alright. The service was lacking at times. I suppose cause it was Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, it was somewhat disappointing. The thing it does have is spectacular views

The 10th floor staff at the towers are first class. The nurses checked on me almost every hour, and answered all my questions. Hilda, Kenna, Sam, Jackie, and all the staff from both day and night shift were totally amazing people and took very good care of me. Despite staffing shortages, this department is very well organized and appears to have great leadership.

This building houses several areas of the hospital services. We were in the chest clinic. Overall everything was well taken care of.

It should never take 2 hours to get a prescribed and NEEDED respiratory treatment for an elderly patient recovering from brain surgery. SHAME ON YOU.
