Jim's U Save Pharmacy, Hallmark & Gifts

Went here to get my husband’s prescription (we normally go to HyVee in Grand Island) it was 5:45 pm mind you and they close at 6:00pm. Gave them our insurance card wasn’t even one minute they came back and said “This doesn’t have prescription insurance on it” I told her yes it does because we use it in Grand Island and my daughter uses it at Walgreens in Omaha. She said “ I dont know what to tell you but it doesn’t have prescription on it” So I asked her if they take Good Rx since we also have that, nope they do not I really don’t think she even tried to look it up, seemed like since it was close to closing she wanted to get out of there. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place, definitely will not return!

Miranda is AMAZING. I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! I NEVER EVER have had any issues. I called about an issue with my insurance and Miranda had me laughing and put me at ease. I love that they call me for automatic monthly refills and are so close. They help answer my questions all the time and when I pick up any meds they always make sure I got what I need, help me with extras I need and everyonr is always smiling and happy. Thank you Miranda for easing my mind today after the insurance mess up. Keep being amazing Jims U Save of Aurora. 😊😊

I have had the BEST experiences with Jim's U Save! The staff were so helpful when I needed to purchase a walker and other products for a surgery. They knew exactly what I needed and gave suggestions on products that helped make the recovery process go so much smoother! I also love that I can get all my Hallmark cards here. They have a huge assortment of cards for all the holiday and events in life. They also have great decor! I have gotten the cutest things here to help make my home beautiful. I highly recommend this store--their staff go above and beyond to make your shopping experience wonderful!
