Jim missed an apt due to being sick, which is fine, we are human. Then, once we rescheduled I asked if he would send a meeting invite so we could lock our calendar down. He said he would. He then proceeded to send one 3 minutes before we were supposed to meet which meant my wife and I had not blocked our schedule. He then proceeded to power dial me about the meeting and when I told him he had not sent the invite or confirmed, he then berated us for not being professional and how he would not help. For a counselor he seems to be missing the mark and should consider retiring.
