Dr Hegazy is the absolute BEST!! My procedure was far from easy but Dr H took the greatest care of me. From her staff to my day of surgery everything went smooth. I love how up front she is!! She definitely made recovery much easier by explaining all the after care as well!! I can’t thank you enough Dr H & Vanessa!!

I had stage 3 colon cancer and and required surgery plus 2 hernia repairs in the following years after that. She was amazing! I like that she doesnt sugar coat, is straight forward and realistic about diagnosis, care and treatment. I was in pain in all night after my colon resection and the nurse didn't address it. The next morning, she was rounding and wouldn't leave my room until the new pain pump was hooked up and she knew my pain was controlled. She hugged me and told me she was sorry that I was left hurting, and gave words of encouragement. I trust her 110% for my surgical needs.

Dr. Hegazy from the start gave me such piece of mind, especially with this being my first surgery. She was so straight up which is hard to come by now a days. Heard me out, answered all my questions, did my surgery and no complaints! Loved her 🩷

I had a hernia in which my intestines were trapped. Went to ER and had them pushed back in but I declined surgery at that moment due to work obligations. When I met with Hegazy to discuss surgery because I was in constant pain and afraid of my bowels becoming impinged again, she denied me. She was rude and cold and treated me like I was being silly. I had medi-cal at the time. Fast Forward 2 years and I met with a professional surgeon at Sutter. He was shocked that my previous surgeon refused to repair me. At the post-op appt with the kind and competent surgeon asked me for the name of the person who denied me because when he did the operation, my situation was so dire; much worse than what imaging had shown.
