Today was my first time visiting ENT and Allergy of Dealware, LLC. The office was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were very friendly, professional, and time conscious. I was greeted and registered immediately and before I could take a seat in the waiting area my name was being called to start my consultation. Dr. Jiao was very thorough and easy to communicate with. Dr. Jiao is the most compassionate for his patients. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an allergy and asthma doctor. Always helpful on treating my conditions and answers all of my questions and taking time to explain everything in detail. The staff is also wonderful as well.

Dr. Junfang was so attentive and friendly. He took the time to explain some possible options to my allergies. He gave me a framework on what I could except - texting and him calling me with results. Also, the office staff was also very friendly and kind.

I had a pleasant experience at ENT Allergy, Iron Hill office. My appointment was with Dr. Jiao. The office staff was very friendly and his medical assistant was very friendly and easy to speak with while explaining what my ailment was and all that goes with it. Dr. Jiao had a pleasant demeanor as well. He, too, was easy to speak with and explained things clearly to me. I didn’t feel rushed at my appointment and felt a good connection with him. He ordered some tests and I look forward to feeling better soon. I recommend this practice.

Dr. Jiao is the best. His soft spoken demeanor is calming, but he is thorough in his assessment. His assistants are fun as well. I'm a huge fan.
