JFK Medical Center-Muhlenberg Campus

I went here for the first time with my brother. The nurses are decent. But they sure like to just sit and gossip though. As far as the doctor, can not remember his name but he was an older Haitian man. He came into the room to see my brother and does not know the term bedside manner. Just plain rude. Don’t you have to have good bedside manner at a place like this? He made comments about his teeth when he checked his mouth. What kind of doctor tells a patient “ oh wow, you need to see a dentist”..

I went to the ER here in 1998, and the ER Dr working my case walked into my room, and said, “one moment, be right back”. He came back with a plastic surgeon to stitch my jaw/chin after a dog bit my face. I had a great experience. He numbed me and took care sewing my skin. We didn’t have a very long wait since ER’s work by priorities, typically, besides sign in order.

Took my son here and dr.bhupendra Patel refused to see him so unprofessional, impatient and shows no concern .
