Very pleased with the professional service fee by Therapist Karen, Deepa and Ollie’s). We feel confident with more therapy my husband will be lots better! Thanks also to Jelen at the front desk for greeting us on the days of therapy with Her warm smile and caring demeanor!

I had the displeasure resulting from unprofessional behavior experienced when receiving PT services from Helene Zarco. She seemed more concerned with typing notes during our sessions and had frequent absences from the program . She left me alone several times without giving any reason and the support staff did not provide any explanation. I felt very disrespected ,violated and abandoned when she disappeared and did not return to finish our last PT session She also appeared preoccupied during some of my sessions. Debbie a physical therapist assigned when Helene Zarco was out was very engaged during PT sessions without the typing. I would have benefited from the respect of an explanation from any staff person or Helene on why she seemed to disappear and not finish my last PT session. I

My husband has been attending therapy for several months. The entire staff of therapists and clerical staff are wonderful. They always go above & beyond to help the patients and keep family informed. Special thanks to Vee - Occupational Therapist, Karen - Speech Therapist and to Sue Callaghan - Physical Therapist. The progress he has made has more than exceeded our expectations. I cannot express my gratitude to you for all you have done for Lee.

Physical Therapist Kelly was wonderful however the office staff reception leaves something to be desired. I was working with Kelly for about 4 to 5 weeks but had to change my appointment time to evenings. Kelly is not there evenings. I was advised when I called to explain by a gentleman that someone would call back to schedule an evening appointment. It's two weeks now and I haven't heard anything from this office. I called two weeks and advised the female receptionist that someone was supposed to call me back to reschedule and she said when they get a place in the schedule they will call me and let me know... This is unacceptable! I am in pain and I have to wait weeks to be seen. Ridiculous! I will go somewhere else.... Will never go there again!

I give this place 5 stars because I always have a pleasant experience when I am here. I go for physical therapy and occupational therapy. I couldn't be happier. They therapist are extremely knowledgeable.
