JF Urgent Care

Dr. Fong is an excellent pediatrician. She is very kind and nurturing. Only problem is her staff are rude. They mistreat patients who are unaware of their late policy which is posted very high on the back window where no one can see. If you try to justify that you weren't aware of the office policy, the staff will gain up on you like you are lying. Please hire kind staff to represent your office. We need more kind people in this world.

Be forewarned that this office is HORRIBLE at refilling RX's. I have no Thyroid and require DAILY Thyroid medication. EVERY TIME it needs a refill it relaxes WEEKS to get my RX refilled. They DO NOT return phone calls either. Somwtiems I have to call DAILY for a week. To get something resolved. I CLEARLY need to find a new Doctor!! VERY DISAPOINTED

This review is only for the pediatrician Janelle Fong not the walk in clinic. Dr. Fong really needs her own private office and should not to be associated with the walk in clinic. She’s great! My older kids that are now adults use to see her mom Dr. Lim. The idea of the walk in clinic plus the pediatrician office is bad.

My wife, younger son and I have all been treated here for the last couple of years. I admit that we were all treated by the same Nurse Practicinor (Winger,E), who is GREAT. Since this is an "urgent care" setting, I didn't expect it to be like my regular doctor. But each time we're visited, the staff is fine, the setting is professional and the medical care is very good

I have to go in to displease for almost 8 years I went to get refills on my prescription and was handed a letter of termination I asked what is this all About. The person I was seeing is a practitioner nurse she was very good and Caring. So her answer to my question asking what’s this all about Was Things occur it’s best that way So I put in a grievance letter to the state. I recommend that nobody go there because someday they might be terminated.
