Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

The hours here are ridiculous, close at 8 and the system is wack as well. You should be able to go to any osco drug to get your script even if the location is closed. This is beyond mind numbing insane. So every pharmacy has different hours, but are still the same company.

Pharmacist continues to lie and with hold my prescription even after filling it ! Talked to my doctor 4 times in the last 3 days and pharmacist continues to shift the blame and act like their hands are tied. After referencing the current laws in effect right now, we see CLEARLY the pharmacist is lying about needing certain things it's unbelievable and unfortunate they choose to deprive patients of their medicine. Malpractice to put it nicely. People harm them selves and worse because of this type of thing and it's horribly sadistic.

The pharmacy manager at the Westchester location is horrible and so rude. She is like the manager from hell. Went back to the store after I found out that they replaced my very expensive eye drop medication with a generic brand without even having the courtesy to let me know before hand. I tried to return it but she got mad and combative and was shouting. She told me never go back to the store and go to CVS instead. WOW. I will advice not to go to this location until she gets fired or something.

Its a typical Jewel store trying to keep up with Marianos finer foods ( kroeger) Many items are high priced. This store attracts alot of people from out of " town" since the maywood store closed. Nice because its open til12pm. Mon -Fri.

Had the nicest customer service for my pick up order. Didn't catch the young man's name.
