I came in yesterday to pick up my antibiotic prescription through the Drive Up and Go program because I was suffering from a sinus infection and pink eye. The treatment I received from your associates was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I was first told that my prescription was not ready and that my doctor had not sent it in. This was untrue. I had already received a text message clearly stating that my prescription was ready, along with the pickup code. Despite providing this information, another associate came out with a dismissive and rude attitude, telling me they did not have my order, that prescription orders could not be handled through Drive Up and Go, and that I needed to come inside to retrieve it myself. To the complainer regarding not stocking enough salads...miss entitled...leave the staff alone. They work their butts off. You don't like it? Go somewhere else. I don't like you and your attitude. Make your own damn salads. You are what's wrong with the world.

I’m general I like the store, but I’m SO FRUSTRATED by they fact that they can’t keep the salads stocked. 9 times out of ten I can’t buy the two salads I like: The spinach salad and the cranberry and blue cheese salad. The cranberry apple and blue cheese salad is never there. And half the time I can’t get either one of these salads. In addition, the portions are completely inconsistent. Sometimes they are good and sometimes I barely get one of the ingredients or a half filled bowl of lettuce. I eat these every day and it’s very disappointing that I can’t get the salads that I want.
