I had a wonderful experience working with Synomia Smith. From our very first interaction, Synomia was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to understand our family’s needs, answered every question thoroughly, and made what can be an overwhelming process feel smooth and reassuring. Her transparency and follow-through truly set her apart. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the residents and families he serves. I highly recommend this community, and especially Synomia, to anyone exploring assisted living options.

I can’t say enough good things about Jewel Health and Rehab. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. (Especially Ezra B!) Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere feels calm and welcoming, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making it a comfortable place for both residents and families. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention. The nurses, aides, and rehab team go out of their way to make sure every resident is cared for with dignity and respect. We had our dad at this facility and pretty much of the staff were genuinely attentive and cared for his well being. The office staff as well gave their all to be involved with any issues or concerns that came to be. No facility of this nature is perfect but everyone at Jewel certainly gave their best. Hats off to everyone who works there and a tall order to fill when there's so many situations they face everyday. Keep doing what you are doing to all and we wish all the staff at Jewel a very Happy and Healthy Prosperous New Year. The family of William Sell and may he RIP!!

This is by far the worst rehabilitation center have ever been in or visited. The building is not at all clean, the food is cold and looks like slop. The attitudes of a few needs to be checked. When you arrive you are not given any information about this place who is who or anything. The stinch in the hallways is awful on certain swifts. God forbid you need water before they decide to pass it out. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's to bad because there are some very nice and caring people mixed in but the bad out ways the good.i say overpriced because of the service that you receive. It's sad because I know I'm going home but for some this is there home until they are called home they should be living and treated better.

All we did was a tour and that was enough to say no way would I put anyone there. The woman who met with us literally walked us up and down the hall and offered no information on their facility. Questions we asked were dodged and we were looked at like we were stupid. So sad, I had high hopes which were immediately crushed. Going through this process is never easy then meeting with someone who isn't personable or informative plus lacks compassion is not my idea of a place I would want to send a loved one. I already called and spoke to the actual person we were supposed to meet with and she was unaware that we were even there. I explained to her our awful experience, she apologized and stated, if it happened to you, it probably happened to others.
