JET's Pharmacy

If there was a half star rating this provider deserves it. Just today I about had to beg for a prescription that I ran out of but according to Jet's records I was told I had enough to last through mid-month. Then on picking up the prescription I was given another story that they never got faxed for it from my provider months back...and now I just hear this. This occurrence is not isolated. I've been told many times usually by the same rude clerk, whos name they tried hiding,(Jorrine?) )that a fax was not received from a physician when the physician not only showed me the fax documented, but stated Jet's was bad about this. Then I noticed 'no refills' and questioned that absurdity and was snubbed by the rude clerk when another more courteous and capable employee interjected there were refi

The receptionist corinn is very rude. They made a mistake and attempted to charge us a significant amount for birth control that is normally inexpensive. She acted as if it was our fault. We called the insurance and were told it was covered. Suddenly the medication was no cost. No explanation and horrible attitudes all around.

Great experience with Jet Pharmacy! They took care of my parents vaccine and flu shots. They were fast and efficient and we didn’t need an appointment. Especially thankful they took care of our special needs!

Amazing group of people. Prices are fair, and they truly take a hands on approach to helping with all concerns. I cannot recommend them highly enough. One on one service, pharmacists and staff who are always willing to help, and they offer delivery.
