Dr. CRUZ SAVED MY DOG’S LIFE! The animal hospital in Newport Beach was ready to euthanize her. Dr. Cruz is the ONLY Veterinarian with a humane bone in his body. He was kind, extremely caring, hospital was clean, staff courteous, and he checked on my dog every day after surgery! It was worth the two hours in traffic from Mission Viejo to Fullerton on a weekday at 5 pm! I absolutely recommend and trust him! I wish there was a TV show to give his team the accolades they deserve. Thank you Dr. Cruz! The surgery was two months ago and she is healthy and happier than ever. She is 10 years old and he has given me extra time with my baby!

I went here to have my dogs teeth done under anesthesia and they ended up having to do almost full mouth extractions because her teeth were too far gone. Dr Cruz was wonderful, kept me in the loop about everything, and I trusted him completely. Definitely will be coming here from now on for all my dogs vet needs. I had a great experience with Dr Cruz and his team; my dog needed knee surgery, and after seen another vet, I decided that Jet’s Pet Hospital was the best option, not only for the best price but also because I felt that Dr Cruz genuinely try to help. He was straight forward and cut to the chest in the whole process; he also explained the injury and the options for my pet. My dog had a successful outcome…a little delayed because of my dog personality not because of medical care; but Dr Cruz followed up w us all the way. The communication with the team is easy and clear. Definitely I will continue bringing my pets to this clinic, even that I live far.

Our 3yo blind cat has bad genetics and ended up with terrible teeth. Dr Cruz and his clinic performed his cleaning and extractions. The surgery was affordable and Dr Cruz is very accommodating.
