I came here with my godson and his dad for a pediatric ER follow up appointment after he was diagnosed with pneumonia. His appointment was 9:00 AM…a WHOLE HOUR LATER, he still hadn’t been called back for vitals or anything!!! I walked up to the reception desk and asked if the wait is always this long, to which she replied yes 😳😒 (smh). I asked WHYYYY? She stated that there is only one person doing preps and only one physician. My next question was WHYYY do you all schedule all of these patients if you don’t have the staff to see them in a timely fashion??? They NEVER answer their phone. The medical assistant is very rude.

La doctora Sargine es muy buena ,,,pero la espera es demasiado te dan la cita para una hora y pasan la hora y muchas más y aún no te atienden es irrespetuoso si me dan una cita q me hagan esperar tanto porque los niños se cansan y se ponen intranquilos,en resumidas cuentas me tuve q ir sin atender a mi hija porque iban hacer las dos de la tarde y no habian atendido a mi hija q desesperante lugar no lo recomiendo
