Jessica was great. She was on time, went over everything I needed to know, and made sure everything was done to get what was needed for my upcoming procedure. She treated me like like a person, not a number, and was empathetic to what I was going through. Post visit, she personally messaged me to let me know everything was good. It's rare to have a health professional to do personal follow-ups. I would definitely recommend seeing Jessica for any of your primary care needs

I love the Carefree Office. My providers are Dr Victoria Cupic and Jessica Cottrell. However during my last visit, I was really taken aback. The Medical Assistant (also very kind), took me back to the room to await Jessica for my visit. I was shocked to hear the provider speaking with the patient thru the wall!! I literally heard everything the patient and provider were saying!!!! This is a violation of HIPPA!! That wall needs to be fixed to be sound proof!! Please fix!! There cld be legal consequences from this UN- SOUNDPROFF WALL
