I went in as a new patient with an almost two year old ear issue . The examination went smoothly no issues , things were explained clearly . I was referred to the actual ear doctor in hopes of being able to treat my issue .

I was satisfied with my audiological evaluation. I was seen promptly, and the eval itself was conducted efficiently and professionally. Jessica communicated the results and made recommendations based on those results. All in all, a positive experience.

Ascension? I don’t have good things to say.portals don’t work correctly. ER is slow or they don’t ha enough help. I went in at 2am with a migraine and was released at 6pm, still with a severe headache and zero patience.
