Took my daughter up there for the 3rd time to get her wisdom teeth extracted. Every time it's something different. This time it started with them giving me a treatment plan saying I was to pay over $500 what I was originally told. An hour and a half after we got there they finally brought her back. Then 2 hours later they still had not started. And then wanted to change treatment with something else insurance would not pay for and wanted to charge another $500. After that they only extracted 1 tooth after being there for 4 hours and then wanted to say I was doing to much when I said they they apparently can't do their job and I was going to find somewhere else to get the work done. All they want is money

1st time visit was a consult but 2nd time a nightmare!! My appointment was at 1130 an at. 130 a young lady called me to the desk an said the nose piece they use for nitrous oxide didn't come in an they couldn't do my surgery unless i stayed awake!!! I live an HR an 1/2. Away so I did the shots in gumoh my stars it hurt an then pulling was painful. Dr Nadine said I was overeacting an I looked at him an said try being in my place an then say that. Needless to say I pray I never go back

We scheduled my mom an appointment to have a consult and an extraction done on the same day( this was our 2nd time there). Dr Hadibe didn’t look at my Moms mouth at all he prescribed her a prescription based on an ex ray that was done weeks ago… (told her it would get rid of any infection 😡)The room was nasty with blood on the floor and on the exam light…. He rescheduled her to come back for him to do the extraction, apparently he was overbooked after we already changed the time twice so he would have time🤬
