Dr. Loy was great! I was having severe irritation caused by my contacts so severe, it was affecting my vision. Dr. Loy was very diligent in correcting my discomfort. It took a few visits but he found a pair of contacts that were finally comfortable!!! He was personable and understanding each visit. Donna (the receptionist) is great as well, very friendly and courteous. Very grateful for Dr. Loy fitting me with contacts that I am able to enjoy.

Consulted Dr. Loy before having eye muscle surgery with another Dr. We tried vision therapy first to ensure that surgery would be the only option. Eventually, surgery was needed. However, it was good to visit with him; he's a good guy and has great knowledge in his field.

Will not be going back again. Jeremy was an okay doctor (didn't make sure that my contacts fit correctly). His staff is not good at all. I had to call to make sure they ordered my contacts after I was ensured the order would be placed (they had not). They also do not call you when your contacts are in so it is a guessing game.

The dr was ok but their billing practices are murky and they are not willing to explain them. Blue Cross Blue Shield has this doctor in network. According to Blue Cross Blue Shield i should just pay a copayment as with any other specialist but this office claims I don’t have this type of vision benefits. Furthermore, I went to just have my vision check up. They offered me three extra tests and I choose just one of them. When I went to check out they charged me for a comprehensive exam even though I did not choose that and they did not charge for the one extra (out of three) tests I chose. They told me the manager of the office decided the billing and that was it. They were not great at returning calls or messages about this issue. Not going back

Dr. Loy's exam was efficient and thorough, but I never felt rushed and he was personable and open to questions throughout. His assistant was also extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
