I had the pleasure of having a 90 min massage for my birthday. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Jennifer greeted me with a smile the vibe inside the spa was calm and relaxed. I appreciated the choice of music options, the room was nicely staged. The massage table was heated and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed Jennifer's technique and soothing application of going deep with out causing pain. I felt relaxed but not sore after the massage. I have had over 1000 massages around the world and this one was certainly among the best. I plan to go again while here in Charleston and I would highly recommend JenSa Massage. I thought the water with electrolytes and fruit jerky were excellent ways to end the session!

Love the hot stone massage here! This is my go-to massage place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and they give you a little hydration and snack after. I finally had a chance to meet Jennifer, the owner, on my last visit and she was very kind and answered questions I didn't even realize I had. The vibes are very chill, and the therapists are attentive and considerate of your preferences. It's so nice to have a place like this in West Ashley. The prices aren't totally inexpensive, but they are quite decent, especially for the level of skill and care! It's worth noting that there are exterior steps to get to the business. I'm not sure if there is an elevator because I haven't checked, so if you need one, definitely check first.

I just left a 90 minute massage with Jennifer, and it was hands down the best massage of my life. I’ve had professional massages all over the world, and Jennifer is truly the best of the best. She is incredibly skilled, intuitive, and thoughtful in her approach. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

I was able to experience a prenatal massage from Jennifer and I would highly recommend her to all of the pregnant ladies out there. It was my first time getting a prenatal massage and I feel like I’ve been missing out! Jennifer provides a perfect blend of comfort, gentleness and pressure! 10/10.
