Nice guy however I’m just another file. It’s all about business today. The medical profession's credo used to be “First do no harm”, gone by the wayside. They even overcharged me even though they’re in the network $ and you’re in an out as fast as they can get you out.

Thank you Dr. Carlsen and your staff for making a routine procedure so simple and stress free for me. Within minutes we were done and I was on my way. No one needs to worry, all will be fine with Dr. Carlsen. He is very thorough and covers all bases.

WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO IF IT WAS AVAILABLE! Worst doctor ever! Explained NOTHING up front about what would be done at the office visit NOR what to expect after the procedure. The ONLY info given to him at the consult visit was that he would determine what the issue was by scoping him. Once the doctor determined there was no cancer he unceremoniously removed the scope and never looked at my husband. Got up walked to the door never turned around and said "No cancer. Come back in 6 months". It was a total disregard once he determined there was no problem to be treated. Never explained that there would be immediate (hopefully temporary) incontinence. Nurse never explained anything either. There was no bathroom near the treatment rooms so my husband had to walk into the waiting room in order t

Some Doctors think they are too good to call their patients on the telephone. In this day and age Telehealth is very common. I had serious issues and had moved out of the area at the same time. I was expecting a call from Mr.Carlsen with results from a very important test. After speaking with his receptionist I found out that he has never called a patient and wouldn’t make an exception for me.When I told her I felt abandoned she had the nerve to say well you moved! There are a lot of Doctors to choose from he shouldn’t be one!
