Dr. Tisdale is awesome. About two years ago I went to her practice as a new patient for a meet and greet. I was having heart problems, just had open heart surgery and I took an Uber there. I started having trouble breathing on the ride there and when I arrived I could not breathe hardly and could not walk. The Uber driver went inside to tell them.and three office staff came to the car with a wheelchair and brought me right back. Dr Tisdale was right there in the room in about two or three minutes... She said after looking at me and talking to me that I should go to the ER. I told. her I didn't want to go and she took the time to talk me into letting her call 911. I love a PA, wish all Doctors were PAs or NPs, but Ms Potts is above board for most PAs. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say and explains things in terms even I can understand. She has never cut me off and always spoken to me in a respectful manner. If I have my way, I will always be her patient.

The doctor's there or nice they help you Miss Jennifer Potts that is my PC she is very nice and she said she going to do all she can they work with you just be patient with them I give them a 5-star by can give them 10 I will thank you for everything
