In considerate time management!! Made my entire weeks schedule for my eye appointment. Just to be told they double booked me. I called location to make appointment, but they kept trying to blame it on the online booking process. This was my first and will be my only experience with them. Which also means there 1000+ other locations. BAD BUSINESS! I also received 6 texts which I confirmed I was coming—- & NO PHONE CALL OUTREACH!
