Dealing with Dr. Hernandez and her billing staff has been absolute nightmare for me and my family during my pregnancy journey. Anyone using her service please be aware of the billing issues you may face and dealing with collection company without sending the bills to you first or make aware of the payment from the office even when asked. We inquired the balance due on each visit and would get different numbers from front desk and actual billing office and we voiced our concern to Dr., she mentioned she would not know anything about billing which was fair enough but in this mess, they did not send us any bills on the mail and was sent to collection. It’s an absolute nightmare dealing with doctor, billing office and collection company.

Dr Hernandez was just the support I needed to get through my high risk pregnancy! She helped me navigate difficult conditions and gave me confidence in the support plan we created.
