As a patient of Dr. Boudreau’s prior to her new concierge only program, I am thoroughly disappointed in Dr. Boudreau’s lack of response when I needed her. I called the office to ask to see if she could review a lab result for an abnormal level showing an autoimmune issue. After seeing the PA twice and being referred to a rheumatologist, I cannot get an appt till November. So I reached out to the office asking if I could have the Dr give me a few mins. She could either respond by a quick call or message thru her nurse or portal. I had all intentions of signing up with her to be my concierge Dr then, so I can have help managing whatever autoimmune I have. The office called back and said No because I’m not a concierge patient. I appreciate the professional care and attention I have received from Dr. Bourdreau. She listened to my concerns and I left her office with a plan for the care I need.

Although, Dr. Boudreau is kind and professional. It's difficult to get through to the office. I frequently have to wait 10 minutes on hold to get sent to voicemail. Also, office hours are short, so you usually have to leave a message. And, if you don't call 48 hours before needing to cancel an appointment, they charge you $100. And, there's never a notification of appointments (no email, or text to confirm). Also, I've had to call repeatedly to get prescriptions. If you're sick or it's or it's time sensitive go elsewhere.

The overall care and concern of this practice has diminished and is no longer a place that I feel can provide the best possible care for me. Dr. Boudreau is great- she has always taken care of me and my father. I work 2 full time jobs and this has always been something she has accommodated. Two weeks ago I received an alert from my pharmacy that I needed a refill. I put in for the refill and they had tried to contact my doctor, with no success. I never received a call from the office stating I needed to come in, and notably this isn’t the first time they have failed in their communication. I called to have them mail me my lab order, as they have done in the past, so that I can go to Quest on a Saturday, before work. They told me repeatedly I hadn’t seen the doctor since 2020, which wasn’t

Dr. Boudreau is caring And considerate. She takes time to listen, reflect, and then prescribe, or maybe not. She won’t give you a script for you to feel like she did something if you don’t need it. My family has gone to her this year and she has answered more questions, and helped in scenarios where other doctors have failed, or maybe just not thought it through. I feel blessed to have found a Doctor Who listens and takes time to consider what is best for the patient. Office staff is awesome as well.
