Saw Dr Foote for the first time this week. I walked in with little hope and prepared for another door to be closed in my quest for help with intense pelvic pain. I have a detailed history including ureter reconstruction and then right kidney removed. I felt like Dr Foote truly heard my cry for help and was invested in helping me figure this out. In the end we decided on surgery and I could not be happier. I was so past the “wait and see” methods and she was sympathetic to that. Now for the staff…wow! Every single person was over the top kind! The receptionist put me at ease the minute I walked in the door. Her nurse and PA also so pleasant and caring. I have seen Dr. Foote for almost 2 decades. She is excellent in every way, skill, performance, kindness and care. Her staff has been excellent until recently when requesting a call back as I am experiencing difficulties. This has been surprising and disappointing.

I visited Dr Foote for the first time yesterday and it was hands down the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Foote and her PA Trey sat down with me and listened to ALL of my concerns with empathy and explained things in a way I would understand. As a wheelchair user I often feel dismissed by medical professionals and at this office it was the exact opposite. They even helped me research better medications that would be covered by insurance and Mary the scheduler sat down with me to talk about future appointments. You can clearly tell that Trey and Dr. Foote really care about their patients and I most definitely will be coming back!

Dr. Foote is amazing! she is extremely knowledgeable and kind and her staff makes you feel like family! I have sent numerous family and friends to her over the many years and have extreme respect and confidence in her and her team! Shout out to Lisa and Jason for always assisting us with appointments and care with a loving hand! They make a bad situation more comforting!

Dr. Foote’s office staff are incompetent and borderline rude. Little to no greeting or service given. Had a first appointment scheduled and incredibly LOUD music playing in the waiting room. After 40 minutes, I politely asked if there was any way to turn the volume down a bit. Nope. No results. Waited for over an hour past appointment time and let them know I had to leave due to other appointments. No excuses, much less apologies. Dr. Foote may be a wonderful doctor but very few patients would put up with this lack of care or service to get back to see her. Hope she is able to read these bad reviews many people have left.
