What a great experience I had today at Jems. Great warm welcome coming in. Dr. Zhou is an amazing doctor & finally got a contact lens Rx that works for me so I could play volleyball. Dr. Zhou took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed during the exam at all. After my exam, I got my glasses & contact lens rx. Now the glasses selection is also great. I had a pair of Lunor glasses and they sell the frames there along with other brands that ive bought before in the past such as Robert Marc and Modo. Will def tell my friends to go & I will be back myself. Thank you Dr. Zhou for making this a great experience and I will be back in the future!

Very professional, friendly, and high-quality care. We received thorough eye exams, and they were able to make me a pair of prescription sunglasses that significantly reduced my headaches—all at a reasonable price. The experience was far better than impersonal big-chain stores that focus more on selling than care. I definitely recommend JEMS Optical!

I had a fantastic experience at JEMS Optical. Dr. Holley gave me the most thorough contact and glasses exam I’ve ever had and I’m so happy with my new prescriptions. Rodney and his colleague at the front desk were also so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never experienced such hospitality at an optometrist before.
