Dr Butts tried putting an implant in and I had to go to a dental surgeon in Buckhead because the post was put in inproperly. I had to pay some out of my pocket for his mistake. Be Aware!!! They come of friendly but watch him!

Dr. Butts has a state of the art office, provides crowns with same day service, has an awesome staff, and plays music. Dr. Butts and his staff are very informative through out the procedure s and work clam nervous patients in a calming atmosphere. I wish I had found his practice sooner and would definitely recommend him to those in need.

Beware!!! This practice does not need and/or want your business. It is one of most unprofessional dental practice on the metro Atlanta area. Dr. Butts needs to make some serious changes in his staff, starting with his office manager, Nicole Joyner and also Lisa! When a patient ask questions, the staff finds it funny & have the nerve to laugh. They give inaccurate information, never find it necessary to apologize for their mistakes. They tend to do short notice rescheduling, they are SO rude that give the word rude a whole new meaning! They will schedule a procedure and not let the patient know the accurate co-pay amount, and then turn the patient away. They have no concern about you taking off work to patronize their business. They show with their actions and rudeness... that they
