Staff was very friendly, but I'm not sure I understand the logic. They give me numbing drops which almost completely blur my vision, and THEN they do the exam? I'm not sure how anything of value was obtained from a vision exam where I couldn't see. I expressed that my vision was very blurred but there seemed to be no concern from the doctor. The irritation and discomfort from these drops is intense. No way I'm allowing those in my eyes ever again 💀

Ordered glasses at the beginning of November and it's almost Christmas now. It's really terrible trying to get a hold of anyone, and they don't return phone calls. I'll have to go somewhere else now. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience.
