My therapy has been 5 star plus. They are amazing! The ortho urgent care over the period of a month reduced a star. I did not feel there was consistent communication. Everytime I spoke with some one I had a different Dx and the doc group I worked with was very abrupt and rushed seeming to not fully describe side effects of which I got many that weren't mentioned etc.
