He's a friendly guy. His staff is well organized when I had a complicated request. They regularly picked up the phone when I missed their call. They were able to answer my questions on the spot. They helped me organize all my documentation when I was unsure how to put it together. They were able to coordinate testing in his office for convenience. They were upfront about all the costs. The office was clean and well maintained. Parking was easy. Hard to find these qualities these days.

Friendly Doctor and polite to my mom. His team is so very busy and Ill leave a message on the answering machine. Angela is polite and calls in mothers meds to the pharmacy. 5 stars He speaks English and mandarin.

Dr Lin was good when we started and then got progressively worse. Did not care nor help with questions and only wanted to usher us out and give a Dr's note. Does not care about patients at all. Was coughing and having issues breathing and asked Dr for cough medicine. He "prescribes" OTC Robitussin after being terse and dismissive. Later diagnosed as Pnuemonia which he completely failed to address.

I have been taking my husbsnd to Dr. Lin for over a year now and he is a very kind. His office staffs are also nice and always help me to find appointment times when my schedule is so crazy. He spends a lot of time with his patients and cares about them.
