Dr. Kaplan is completely present at every visit. You feel like his only patient. He cares about your physical health and mental health. He is always looking for ways to help you improve your quality of life. He always completely explains everything to you and makes sure you have plenty of time to ask questions and he encourages you to. He is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever about MS.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff have been my saving grace! I always feel heard and informed. With MS being such a diverse illness, Dr. Kaplan never gives up in finding the best solution for my symptoms and general health. He corresponds with my team of other Dr's, keeps my daughter informed and answers all her questions, as she attends all my visits, and instills confidence that he is doing all that is possible in giving me the best healthcare available. My previous MS doctor retired, but before doing so, she made the referral for me to continue care with him.
