I had one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a dental office. I called because I was in pain from an active infection and needed a copy of the antibiotic prescription I had already been given so I could get it filled at the pharmacy. Instead of addressing my request, the receptionist was dismissive and cut me off repeatedly. When I asked why they couldn’t provide the prescription copy, I was not given any explanation of office policy or reasoning. The only answer I got was: “We just aren’t going to do it, you need to come in.” At the same time, she was aggressively pressuring me to schedule an appointment immediately, even though she did not know the next steps of my dental treatment plan because the office still hadn’t coordinated with my orthodont

Switched to this office this year for my cleanings, today had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and overall I would highly recommend this office. My doctor was very good with instructions and keeping the procedure calm, her assistant (who's helped in most if not all my cleanings) was excellent as well. They let me take breaks when needed, explained the procedure and aftercare clearly. The services provided here are quality and friendly. Thanks again ladies!

I would like to say. {No comment} I am just utterly flabbergasted. I've been going there for about 35 years now. Hmmmm? Just flabbergasted honestly. Guess see what the future has to offer.

As someone who works in healthcare, Iam extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this dental office. Over the past 1.5 months, we called multiple times to confirm whether they accepted my mother’s insurance, providing all the required details to avoid any confusion. Despite our efforts, when we arrived for her appointment today, we were abruptly told they don't accept the insurance. This is a huge waste of time and could have been easily avoided if the staff had taken the time to properly verify insurance eligibility before or after scheduling appointments. I strongly recommend they improve their process to ensure better communication and avoid unnecessary inconveniences for future patients

I went here back when their office was on the rock road. I got 4 of my Wisdom teeth removed on the same day and thought they did a great job. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they made me pay my moms past balance of like $5 to be seen. My mom hadn't been there in at least 21yrs but whatever I needed my wisdom teeth removed so I paid her balance off it was around $5 so it wasn't a big deal. A while later my brother went and had work done, then I went in shortly after him to get a root canal done and was told I needed to pay off my brother's remaining balance before they could do my root canal. I didn't agree with that so I got a new Dentist. I get they need to be paid but I am my own person I have nothing to do with what my family has gotten done, and shouldn't be told I h
