It is always a wonderful experience. The staff explains what they doing from eyexnumbing to check pressure to dilation with a reminder it may sting. They escort you to the exam where the doctor will take over. His assistant keys in the exam notes as the doctor looks the eyes over.you can ask questions and a polite response whether tings are the same or there are changes. The checkout staff is polite and explained why I had no payment due. Scheduled me for my next exam in 2026.

Dr Jackson is always kind. He listens and responds accordingly. I like his low key demeanor. Never acts like he hasn’t got the time for you! That’s important to me!

Everybody was kind and professional! They explained everything they was going to do before they did it. And Dr. Jackson, very nice kind and he was quick and explained everything to me that he was telling his nurse. I really enjoyed that. If you have your insurance that allows you to go to Jeffrey Jackson, OD, I would highly recommend it!
