I don’t even live in Logan but keep this dentist because they are worth the drive for me. Everyone is always so friendly and I get bad anxiety when it comes to any perceived problems with my teeth and they have gotten me in quickly to help ease my mind. The women who work at the desk are amazing!

I took my daughter (8 year old) there and they were really nice. So I made an appointment for myself around a year ago. Well the lady at the front desk was so rude When I showed up. I did not get seen or anything. I just walked out. Well today I called to make my daughter an appointment. They said that she couldn’t be seen because “she missed a few appointments”. Which is a crock of crap. My Daughter never missed an appointment. So they took their anger out on me towards my daughter. That is ridiculous. They really need some new people out front.

I had a great experience a few times in the past with this place. Now I call in they are the rudest place I've ever dealt with do not go here its a toss up coin flip on if u get treated nicely or like a dog on the side of the road in a ditch. The Dr. Is fantastic but phone staff have horrible manners

My mom used to take me here as a kid and I still go here as an adult. From my experience, the staff has always been nice. They make me feel like they care about the patients, they do great and clean work. Also a big appreciation for all the ladies who works on my teeth after the doctor is done. You guys are the best. Always making me feel comfortable! I also must add, never go to comfort dental. They just want your money.

Called a few days prior to my cleaning asking about self-pay because I’m in the process of getting health insurance renewed and was told my insurance ran and was valid. Went in for my cleaning and had a decent experience. A couple weeks after got called about my “outstanding balance” because insurance denied my cleaning and said I wasn’t covered and was told by staff insurance is my responsibility and “you came in for your appointment knowing you didn’t have insurance” in a rude tone. Yes it is but I explained I called prior to my appointment saying my insurance wasn’t valid and asking about it and was told it was valid. Staff replied “Okay I’ll leave a note on the account” and was hung up on. One rude person can ruin someone’s entire expierence and while I understand insurance is my respo
