I had a really positive experience here tonight! I brought my son in for trouble breathing close to closing time, and they saw him immediately. The staff was calm, thorough, and clearly took his symptoms seriously. I was honestly nervous to come here because of some older reviews, but this experience was the complete opposite. If this place had issues in the past, it has definitely changed. Thank you to the entire staff for acting quickly and getting my son exactly what he needed.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Both of my sons, 10 and 6, became sick while on vacation. This office is the ideal model of an urgent care. The staff and doc were phenomenal. They were professional, courteous, and extremely caring of my family's needs. Thank you for setting the standard! Makes me want to move from Brooklyn, NY (home).

They were very thorough with my care. They gave me medication before I left and made sure I was feeling better before leaving. I had to get established with a PCP where I live and they helped me by setting up an appointment.

The staff at the windows for check in should be more friendly. Also most older people struggle with scanning a QR code to check in. I was able to scan the code but due to their system lagging was not able to complete the check in or complete the payment. The staff were not friendly.

What kind of urgent care doesn't take walk ins. Ever since Lehigh valley medical came to the poconos the service has been getting worse and worse. Now an hour wait for an appointment because you don't take walk ins when a patient has been dealing with vertigo for several hours. What a joke. Lost our family services as an organization.
