JeffExpress Urgent Care-Richland Township

I went to this place because my first experience there was ok. Everyone was friendly and the resident doctor, I forget her name, was nice and informative. I was satisfied with my visit. I went there this evening and a PA named Stephen was there. He was the rudest, sarcastic and unpleasant person that I have ever met. I actually left in tears because I couldn’t understand why he was being so mean. I went there for help and was told I was imagining things. He didn’t even do a full exam. I am still in disbelief someone you let your guard down to and get pretty personal with can be a dismissive and cruel. He really needs to quit medicine and go into a field that has no interaction with people. Thee worst PA I’ve ever met.

We had an exceptional experience at this doctor’s office. From the moment we arrived, the check-in and check-out staff, were wonderful and took great care of my mom. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent medical care. The staff here is incredibly polite and friendly!

The worst. Wait time said 15 mins and hour and 20 mins later not one person moved out of the waiting area to be seen. The staff is not friendly. Definitely should have made the drive to bethlehem. Note for next time!

They feed you that they can’t give you COVID/ FLU test results until the next day, and then never call you with results. Probably the worst urgent care in the area.

Usually I go in without an appointment and get seen within the hour, but the day I made an appointment for ExpressCARE I am stuck waiting in the room for an hour and a half and longer and no doctor comes in checks me out. Ridiculous I am not sure why there was an appointment option if it was going to take longer than a walk in. Will be looking elsewhere for future care.
