JeffExpress Urgent Care-Fogelsville

An urgent care that actually takes care of the patients issue. Daughter didn't get the care needed from 2 previous medical providers, this was the 3rd place she went for the same issue (which became more severe over the past week with no adequate treatment) and the only one that actually provided her the correct medication and course of action which reduced the infection and resolved her pain.

Ridiculous wait time. Web site says no one there. No wait time... I come in , I am the only one here.... but its legit been an hour and still haven't seen any one! Very frustrating. They dump you in a room in the back and feels like they literally forget about you. The when the doc finally comes in, they spend 2 minutes with you... HOW IS THE WAIT SO LONG leading up to a 2 minute visit. Like are you under staffed? What is the issue Other then that staff is nice.

I have visited this express care several times over the past several years and have always been generally satisfied, but I would say more recently it’s been better. — This summer (2025) we had a spate of illness run through our household requiring RX — so between myself and two young adult children we made 4 visits within about 5 weeks — every time, we were in and out quickly and received the care we needed from staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, and not condescending. A lot of the negative reviews reference wait times — somewhat unpredictable, and I think post pandemic there were a lot of burnt out health care workers and staffing shortages so they were hiring anyone with a pulse and minimum qualifications, but maybe starting to stabilize now.

I thought this place was good until I retired. not that I'm on Medicare in get pushed to the curb .had an appointment the was canceled by LVH the gave me another appointment now canceled. they told me the next available appointment was in February I guess my health don't mean anything.

Used to be an actual express experience here but alas no more. Place is packed with people coughing and sneezing everywhere and no barriers to give any relief from flying germs. I waited over an hour to be seen not by a doctor but a Physicians Assistant. Rooms were very beat up. Place needs work.
