We found ourselves in an emergency situation a few weeks ago after a botched spay surgery from a spay and neuter clinic. After calling multiple animal hospitals, Jefferson was the closest and most willing to work with us.They agreed to make arrangements for us to bring our dog, Remi, in for an emergency appointment. They went out of their way to meet us in the parking lot and intake her. She was taken into immediate surgery and we knew she was in good hands upon dropping her off. As soon as the staff had started the sedation, they came into the lobby to update us on her situation. They were honest and cut straight to the point, which I appreciate in a vet office, especially during an emergency. I bring my 2 dogs and my 2 cats to Jefferson Veterinary Hospital. The vets and technicians are warm and make me feel at ease with the care they provide. One of my dogs has severe allergies and between the allergy meds and injections, I know he is in good hands.
