Love JV Pharmacy! Started using them years ago. Service is above and beyond! They always have what I need! Dan and his staff are GREAT!!

Generally very happy. Never had any issues until today. I was only worried about one thing which was my insurance. I began a new job, so lost my old insurance, and won't get new coverage for 3 months, so was trying to stay on top of that today as I know that can be problematic around refill time, which it just so happens to be. I am fairly new to the pharmacy, and the system, so I did the online, but was not sure if that worked, so ended up calling to check to see cost, and when to pick up because also was not sure about timing. Was spoken to very abruptly and told "WHEN we refill it, it will be xx amount of dollars." Sadly, I feel like it just comes with the stigma of what the medication happens to be. Jefferson Valley pharmacy truly makes you feel like family. Dan, Alan and all of the staff truly care. They are also very quick with refills and communicating with doctors for any issues. Anytime I have over heard someone asking for help navigating the pharmacy they have jumped to help with a smile on their face.

Where do I begin? Dan, Alan, Linda and staff are exceptional! I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. They are caring, helpful, and so knowledgeable. In addition to having my medication promptly ready they also have a variety of products to purchase. Even some nostalgic treats! We should support extraordinary small businesses like JV Pharmacy - they are a gem! :-)

This review is long overdue. Dan, Alan, Linda and all of the staff have been exceptional. Not only totally professional but also just great people. They have filled my prescriptions quickly and efficiently. They have even helped with my pet prescriptions. If you want the big pharmacy with the personal touch this is the place.
